Tata Metal on Thursday stated it has acquired over 191 core fairness shares of T Metal Holdings Pte Ltd for USD 300 million (Rs 2,603.16 crore). T Metal Holdings Pte.Ltd (TSHP) is the Singapore-based arm of home-grown metal big Tata Metal.
“Tata Metal has at present i.e., on February 20, 2025, acquired 191,08,28,025 abnormal fairness shares of face worth USD 0.157 every aggregating to USD 300 million (Rs 2,603.16 crore) in T Metal Holdings Pte. Ltd (TSHP),” Tata Metal stated in an trade submitting.
Publish this acquisition, TSHP will proceed to be a wholly-owned subsidiary of the corporate, it stated.
